Party Deposit & Reservation


Private Event/ Birthday Party Reservations:

By Putting Down Your $50 non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge & agree to our host agreement including:  

1. Reserving the HopeAnchor&Crew Private Event Room for 2 Hours with 20 minutes of set up time prior 

2. Your party includes 1 staff member to assist and you may bring in your own food, drinks, and decor.   

3. Reservations hold the date and time and are only transferable to another date, at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you need to change a  reservation, please contact our store directly at (317) 219-6267.

4. I agree to return the event room to its condition at arrival and take responsibility for any furniture, structure or items damaged during party. You acknowledge responsibility for the supervision of all your party guests.    

5. Your check in and set up time will be 20 minutes before your party time and final payment for party will be due at that time.
