$50 Party Deposit


$50 Party Deposit:

By submitting your $50 non-refundable Party Deposit, you acknowledge & agree to our Host Agreement including:  

1. You are booking the HopeAnchor & Crew Event Space for 2 Hours with 30 minutes of set up time prior. 

2. Your party includes 1 staff member to assist, and you may bring in your own food, drinks, and decor that will not damage our decor & furniture.  

3. Reservations hold the date and time and are only transferable to another date at least 48 hours prior to your event. If you need to change a reservation, please contact our store directly at (317) 219-6267 AND e-mail events@hopeanchorandcrew.com

4. You agree to return the event space to its condition at arrival and take responsibility for any furniture, structure or items damaged during your event. You acknowledge responsibility for the supervision of all your party guests. Food is NOT permitted out of the designated party space.  

5. Your set up time will start 30 minutes before your party time.

6. Private Events have a $300 minimum which equates to 10 bracelets/guests and INCLUDES this $50 Party Deposit. Final payment for your private event will be due at the conclusion of the party.
