Our HopeAnchor&Crew Boutique Return Policy is 30 days with a receipt for a full refund. All items created in the Philanthropic Jewelry Studio and non-refundable. However, we are excited to offer our valued customers, any jewelry damaged, stretched out, or broken may be restrung in our studio for no additional cost.
