Our HopeAnchor&Crew Return Policy is 30 days with a receipt for an in-store credit or exchange. All custom items created by customers in the Philanthropic Jewelry Studio and non-refundable and nonreturnable. However, we are excited to offer our valued customers, any jewelry damaged, stretched out, or broken may be restrung in our studio for no additional cost.
